The story
As the spring equinox arrives, the family gathers to arrange the Haft-Seen spread with Grandma: green sprouted sabzeh for rebirth, sweet samanu for power, dried senjed for love, garlic for health, apples for beauty, sumac for sunrise, and vinegar for patience. Between decorating colored eggs and watching goldfish swim in a crystal bowl, the child welcomes the fresh blossom season with gratitude and joyous laughter.
