The story
Two friends both want to drive the same toy train. The child feels cross, then they make a cardboard ticket and agree to pass it at each station. One drives while the other builds a bridge, and then they swap. By the last station they have built a railway together, and the ticket reminds them that waiting can lead to a new kind of fun.
