The story
At school, an older child keeps calling the hero names and pushing in front of them at the slide. The hero goes quiet, until a grown-up at home notices, listens and helps them practise: take a slow breath, stand tall, look up and say in a strong, calm voice, “Stop. I don't like that.” Then walk away to a friend and tell a teacher, because telling a grown-up is brave, not tattling. The next day the hero tries it, the teacher helps, and the unkind words lose their power: they were never true. When a new classmate is left out, the hero and their friends stand beside her and ask her to play. Nobody in the story is shamed or hurt; the child who was unkind is helped to do better, and the playground feels safe again. It ends with the friends making bracelets together, one for everyone.

You can write a story in English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Português, العربية, עברית, हिन्दी, 中文, 日本語, 한국어, and Русский. You choose the story's language when you create it, and it does not have to match the language you use zeStory in.
