Everything you make is priced in coins, and every price shows its dollar value smaller underneath. You always see the price before anything is spent.
1. What a story costs
The price depends on the length, the quality and what you have made. The creator's tags always show the whole story's price.
Cost: A 12-page book: 81 coins (≈ $8.10). With the film: 273 coins (≈ $27.30) at Standard, 596 coins (≈ $59.60) at Premium.
2. What extras cost
Extras are priced on their own line, so you see what each adds.
Cost: Character lock: 197 coins (≈ $19.70). A voice of your own: 60 coins (≈ $6.00). 4K upscale: 284 coins (≈ $28.40). Lip sync: priced per spoken line when it is offered.
3. Buy coins
Open Pricing and choose a coin pack, or a plan that adds coins every month.
4. When you are short
A button that needs more coins says how many and opens the coin shop. Your draft waits, and you come straight back to it.
5. When something fails
Coins for anything that could not be made come back to you on their own. Repairing a failed picture or clip is free; remaking one that worked costs coins.
What happens next
Printed books and keepsakes are physical goods: their price is quoted for your choices and your address before you order.

Read a short passage aloud, and your voice can speak a character's lines in the story's film or read the book aloud.
What Character lock does
