The story
High above a kingdom of waterfalls and white towers, the child climbs a mossy rock and finds a great blue dragon curled around a nest. The dragon is not angry, only tired and worried: its baby cannot fly yet. The child sits beside them, shares a warm cloak and a song, and helps the little dragon practise until its wings catch the wind. By sunset the great dragon lowers its head so the child can see the whole kingdom, and promises to keep watch over them every night after.
